If your employment is in an occupation that requires full occupational registration you are not able to undertake any work in that occupation until you are fully registered.
If you are interested in applying for residence under our Skilled Migrant Category you will only qualify for points for your Expression of Interest if you can show us that either:
- you have been granted full registration in New Zealand, or
- you are a dental or medical professional and hold written confirmation from the New Zealand Dental or Medical Council that you are eligible to be granted full registration subject only to attending an interview with a Council representative within one month of your arrival.
